Initial Request
Log in to your BarberCo account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and submit a formal request.
Prepare the Package
Ensure all items are in their original, unopened packaging with all seals intact, and include a copy of your packing slip inside the box.
Shipping Your Return
Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our warehouse team verifies the condition of the items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
